Size Doesn’t Matter
I took this photo a year ago, as we were on a cruise ship leaving NYC. I was taking a picture of the skyline and city, but when I was observing the photo, I noticed how many different vessels of differing shapes and sizes were in the photo. I found a new appreciation for the photo after studying it. So when I wrote this haiga, this play on words came forth…
It was hard to consider going back to work, or facing reality when being away was so wonderful. Work deserved a wide berth after this vacation.
