I was recently reading Thomas Moore, PhD, he was talking about conversations being soul activity, and as I was contemplating that, I wrote this haiga.  He went on to say, we need soul activity to be nourished.

I hope today is a day of nourishment for you, soul nourishment, and that your conversations flow freely.  Blessings today.

  1. aloha Kris – this is very cool. i like the image perspective – it makes me look and think about what i am seeing and then the ku snaps me into place. i like that.

just so you know, if you’d like to add your haiga URL to my post for the September: 4 of 30 Days of Haiga post – this would be a very cool haiga for people to see.

i had a little difficulty getting my link system (the Mister Linky button at the bottom of each post) to start fresh with each day – but i have that set up right now so any day that you post a new haiga you can add your link easy-peasy if you want to do so. just look for my post title that corresponds to the day you post your haiga. the title will start like this:

September: 5 of 30 Days of Haiga (for day 5)
September: 6 of 30 Days of Haiga (for day 6)
September: 7 of 30 Days of Haiga (for day 7)

i hope you will add your link. way cool and thank you on the pingback too. aloha.

    • Hi Rick
I have been intending to get over and participate…have been following, but time has gotten away. I will look to connect in. It has been fun reading thus far. . . Very cool!

  2. hmmmm. aloha Kris – i think the comment i just left might not have gone – so i will try to repeat it. if you get doubles you can delete one.

i like your thinking on this haiga. i like the perspective of the image because it makes me look and think about what i’m seeing – and then the haiku snaps me into place with it. i like that.

this would be a cool haiga for others to see if you’d like to add the URL for this haiga (and any you do in September 2012) to the day for that post on my blog – i’m using a “Mister Linky” button at the bottom of each page for the day that is in the title of my post (the actual post date wont match up because this is a planet event so i’m posting ahead for people who start their day 24 hours before i start the same day – being in Hawaii it works that way). so just go by the title numbers – the titles will start out like this:

September: 5 of 30 Days of Haiga (for day 5)
September: 6 of 30 Days of Haiga (for day 6)
September: 7 of 30 Days of Haiga (for day 7)

that number will correspond to the day you post your haiga. Mister Linky is easy to use you just click the button, add your name (or you could add your blog title i suppose) and the URL of the post. then click Enter and zing your link will be added.

you can visit any link in the list by clicking on it – you dont have to add a link to be able to do that.

thank you for the pingback. and cool on your haiga. aloha.

Would love to hear from you...
