Girls On The Beach
As many of you know I do counseling with children. The beach is a place where you would expect to see much joy, fun, family, but sometimes the beach, like the amusement park, or vacation spot, is not always the place of much joy, fun, family. Watching kids in the brokenness of families, even though resiliency is truly a “gift” of childhood, there is not that joy. I remember watching these folks on the beach wondering what they were really thinking because the interactions before this scene were not so pleasant, at least from afar. . . and so this haiga.
Sorry for the heaviness today, may there be light in your day.
