Sun Scorches
I am reminded of the dry weather for so many people across this country. I was sitting and praying for the needs of those who are having to make decisions in the drought, and for their livelihoods, and I was taken back in thought to being in Vermont in the shaded, fields of ferns. It was a wonderful setting of cool, shadedness, strong powerful energy that was so peaceful at the same time. It was like a respite for my soul…and so this haiku.
