Friend’s Friday 5 – Haiku
The enthusiasm for writing and photography is growing with friends. It is “Friend’s Friday” – already the fifth week – I can hardly believe we are in February. Friends continue to share their haiku and poems, and now I am receiving photos as well…how fun. This photo was taken by Kris and sent with this haiku…Spring appears to be on its way… I hope that we have some kind of good snow in the forecast, this winter, yet in southeast Pennsylvania. These hyacinths are soon to bloom…I don’t know how a true winter would affect them in this stage of their lives. Thanks, Kris, for sharing.
Peg sent me her writings this week, and when I read it, I thought of the photos I took this past week at Blue Marsh lake. There were hundreds of seagulls and these are a few in flight. I thought the photo complimented Peg’s poem…Thanks, Peg, for sharing.
