Through the Bridge Slats
Oh, to be there was beautiful. We stood in the center of the covered bridge, the thundering sound of the falls was overwhelming. We could not see the falls before entering the bridge. We had no idea what we were hearing – we knew it was a water fall, obviously, but we didn’t know of what magnitude. We peered through the wooden slats and this is what we saw. My friend climbed the slats and I supported her while she took this picture - I love this photo. New Hampshire has such lovely covered bridges and waterfalls.
May you hear the thunder, feel the breeze, and enjoy the moment as you let the photo take you there.
